These terms govern your use of Docket. The English text is the controlling version. Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to the App Store copy of the app.
Docket is a reader for Markdown and plain-text files in folders you choose. It does not host your files. Companion skills that run on your computer are separate open-source tools; they are not part of the iOS app binary.
You are responsible for the files you open. Do not use Docket to store or read content you are not allowed to have. Docket does not claim ownership of your documents.
Optional paid features are sold as in-app purchases through Apple. Payment, refunds, and cancellation of auto-renewable subscriptions are handled by Apple under your Apple ID settings. Price and duration are shown in the app before you buy.
Docket is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for lost documents, lost progress, or damages arising from use of the app. Keep copies of important files in your own backups.
